3. Booking Process
To rent a car through RosCar Armenia, the customer must complete the booking process on the website.

- Provide the driver’s contact details
- Confirm the booking by making a prepayment of 15% to 20%

4. Booking Confirmation

5. Payments
To secure a reservation, the customer must pay a booking amount of 15% to 20% of the total rental price, unless a different amount is stated during the booking process.

6. Rental Provider Conditions

10. Airport Pickup, City Delivery, and Hotel Delivery
Depending on the selected supplier and location, customers may choose to receive the vehicle at the airport, within the city, or at a hotel.
Delivery availability, timing, service area, and any additional charges are determined by the rental company and will be indicated during booking or in the final voucher.
11. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options
RosCar Armenia highlights offers that may be available without a deposit and without a credit card. These options depend on the policies of the selected rental company and may not be available for all vehicles, rental periods, or customer profiles.
Customers must carefully review the booking details to confirm whether these options apply to the selected offer.
12. Unlimited Mileage
Unlimited mileage may be included for selected vehicles. Where this feature is available, it will be clearly stated in the vehicle offer or booking conditions.
If unlimited mileage is not included, mileage restrictions and any extra charges will be determined by the rental provider.
13. Insurance and Extras
